integrateSakuraÕs business with Exhaust
Division of Yamaha Motor Co.,Ltd.effective
on April 1, 2004. As result of the
integration, Sakura could establish
go-through system from development
through manufacturing of exhaust system
component parts.
With this integration, Sakura increased
its capital to 299 million and 99
thousand Yen to be further competitive
member in Yamaha Group companies.
